The LEGO Company decided to hold the annual internal marketing conference regardless of the Covid restrictions valid for personal meetings. Our team was the support to the marketing team during these negotiations and we managed to transfer the whole conference into the internal platform of MS Teams. The three-day long virtual conference with participants from 13 countries was prepared in the 3D virtual studio with 3D objects placed (LEGO building bricks were used for lights, conference table and the studio), and interactive 3D figures were moving in the space (they enlivened the presentation and interacted with the speakers). Our team provided the professional support to the speakers using the remote access and the output was in the form of the interactive, professionally edited TV broadcasting with necessary backup for stability and security. 22 speakers from all over the world - interactive participation of all of them.
